Aquapar

Founded in 1999, Aquapar Consultoria Naval is a consulting company focused in the waterway transport and shipbuilding segments. Aquapar is managed by the naval engineers Armando Freigedo, Paulo Octavio Almeida and Stefan Lekszycki, and provides a wide range of services for navigation, oil & gas and maritime support companies, banks, capital investors, entrepreneurs and users of waterway transport.

Specialized in providing support for obtaining financial support for the construction of vessels and shipyards, Aquapar also monitors the project evolution for the release of resources from BNDES and other banks and other financial agents.

Since its establishment, AQUAPAR provides regulatory support for the navigation market, in the establishment of new companies in Brazil, chartering and importation of vessels, and registrations in the Brazilian flag.

Aquapar services also include analysis and forecasts for the shipbuilding, ship repair, oil and gas production, distribution, transportation and maritime support, as well as transportation of commodities, containers and passengers.

Motitec

Motitec Engenharia e Consultoria, established in 1997, is lead by Nelson Moczydlower, a Civil Engineer with several technical and managerial specializations, notably in Oil & Gas, in Brazil and abroad.

In Petrobras, from 1974 to 1997, Nelson performed a variety of functions in the Engineering area, such as General Superintendent of Engineering Services (SEGEN) and Basic Engineering Superintendent of Pettobras Research and Development Center (CENPES). In the same period, for 4 years, he was the Standardization Director of ABNT (Brazilian Association of Technical Norms), member of the National Standardization Council and of the Board of Directors of Coppetec / UFRJ Foundation.

Between 1997 and 1999, Nelson held the position of Director of Engineering and Development of Marítima - Petróleo e Engenharia.
From 1999 to 2003, Nelson was Director of Kellogg Brown & Root in Brazil.

Since 2003, Motitec has been providing technical and management support services to a wide range of national and international companies and organizations operating in engineering, construction, installation and logistics for the Oil & Gas, Energy and Naval segments.

Ákritas

Ákritas Tecnologia, founded in 1998, is led by Marcelo Rychter, an IT specialist, graduated by the Institute of Mathematics of UFRJ, in 1978.

Ákritas specializes in short-term and low-cost solutions for corporate environments. Adopting the SCRUM methodology for iterative and incremental software development, aiming at fast, gradual, and totally result-oriented deliveries.

With these goals, Ákritas build upon the knowledge already accumulated by the client in the problem, using the professionals involved in the project as coauthors of the solution, and taking advantage of well-succeeded and established practices as starting points of the new developments.

Most products developed by Ákritas use the Microsoft Excel interface, accelerating the process of user training and qualification, as well as avoiding additional software licenses costs.
